Physical fitness is made up of five basic elements: cardio, strength, endurance, body composition, and flexibility. Our Classic B-URN MEGAFORMER workouts address all five elements in 45 minutes. These are high intensity yet low impact workouts performed on the Megaformer machine (some people call it the reformer on steroids). We’ve taken pilates, Lagree fitness method, and personal training and fused them into our own 45 minutes of Happy.

Experience our latest and greatest addition to B-URN. The Versaclimber is a unique machine that mimics the natural motion of climbing, allowing for a full-body cardio workout. Utilizing the B-URN method, we've designed our Versa classes to fuse with strength training on the mat. All you’ll need is a pair of clean shoes. B-URN TO THE MOON is both low-impact and full-body, and we've developed a unique training style to get you to the most effective calorie-burning zone, while walking away with your #happy.

FULL BODY B-URNOUT

This class was born out of our lock down period. We took the B-URN method and molded it into a 45 minute B-URN fusion class on the mat- without any equipment. Same B-URN, same method of madness. This one will target your entire body so you walk away feeling that same sore, happy high.

AB B-URNOUT

Also known as 'Dirty 30 Abs', this one’s a 30 minute ab class on the mat that fires up your center core and obliques. Amina took her personal 30 minute routine and turned it into a class for everyone. With minimal breaks, get ready to keep your muscles under tension and walk out 6 pack ready. We recommend bridging this class before or after any of our other B-URN classes for a double B-URN.

Spanx is the workout your derrière has been waiting for. It’s 45 minutes of super-toning and fierce sculpting from your abs down to your thighs. Our CORE belief is strength from the inside out - mentally and physically. Continuous movement to the beat, along with deep stretches throughout each section, will allow you to connect as you release & surrender.
